Instructions for Germany and EU countries:

🟡 Step 1: Check your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    ✔ Describe contents as “returned merchandise – no commercial value”
    ✔ Enclose a copy of the original invoice or order number

❗ If the package is not declared correctly , customs duties or taxes may apply, which we will not cover .

After receiving the returned goods, we will refund you the full purchase price plus the shipping costs in the amount of German standard shipping.

💡 Note: If a different or more expensive shipping method was chosen at the time of purchase (e.g. express or international shipping), the shipping costs will still only be refunded up to the amount of the German standard shipping.

    (usually only after receipt of goods)
